The space
Cozy studio unit with a full kitchen,bathroom, washer and dryer. 6 great eating establishments within a block of the unit. Quicky Picky is fun place for a draft beer or wine in the evening or coffee and breakfast tacos in the morning.

Additional notes
We do live in a condo building with gated access to the unit. Please be mindful of other residence when coming in late at night.

Neighborhood overview
Our unit is in a very urban location with lots of cool places to hang out and enjoy the Austin scene. It is very safe place and has good lighting on the street. As always use caution when out late at night alone.
Getting around
We have a bus stop out in front of our building. Also we have an Austin B-Cycle Rental station right next door to building. We have on site assigned parking. There is a lot of street parking and a small public parking lot across the street.
