Guests and visitors are required to keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighboring properties, especially during nighttime hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Please remove your shoes when inside the house.

Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not throw them on the property grounds. Failure to comply will result in a fine.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

To prevent damages and breakages, do not move furniture from one room to another without prior agreement.

Please note that some closets are off-limits to guests.
