One house over is the entrance to the maintained green belt which is great for short hikes. There is a dedicated office with a Herman Miller chair and a second workspace so you can comfortably work remotely.

House Rules
- Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties especially during nighttime hours of 10pm – 8am.
- Please remove shoes when inside
- Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement
